Marin French Cheese Company has been operating in the same Marin County, California creamery since 1865. Today, they produce nearly a dozen including various Brie-styles, Camembert, Breakfast Cheese, Schloss and more. All-natural milk is sourced from local dairies within 25 miles of the creamery and all of their cheeses are handcrafted without preservatives or additives. Marin French Triple Creme Brie is a cream-enriched Brie-style cheese with a rich, smooth texture, slightly sweet flavor and edible fluffy white rind. In 2005 and 2010, Marin French Triple Creme Brie was crowned World Cheese Awards Champion- the first time an American cheese topped the French in an international competition for Brie cheese. Marin French Triple Creme Brie pairs with sparkling wine, fresh or dried fruit and makes a decadent baked Brie when wrapped in puff pastry and baked. Marin French Triple Creme Brie is gluten-free and made with vegetarian rennet.
