Product Description The Micro plane adjustable slicer offers a long-lasting, ultra-sharp, stainless steel straight blade and also includes a julienne blade insert. Cut cucumbers, carrots, zucchini, kohlrabi, eggplant, celery, apples, potatoes and more in either slices or strips. The straight-edge blade cuts paper-thin to thick slices using three settings on the adjustable knob. Switch to the julienne blade for long, thin, even strips perfect for adding to pasta dishes and salads. The straight blade has a safe setting and three usable settings: 0 = safe setting for storage, 1 =1/32 inch - thin, 2 = 1/16 inch - medium and 3= 1/8 inch - thick.
