Ideal for vinyl, tube, steel, chain link or wood gates. Battery can be charged by either a low voltage transformer (included) or optional solar charger kit(s) (not included). Requires an automotive or deep cycle marine type battery with weatherproof case (not included). Designed for gates that open into or away from the property. An FM148 push to open bracket is required for applications opening away from the property. Capacity: up to 16' or 550 lbs. The FM350 Automatic Gate Opener is designed for light duty swing gates weighing up to 550-Pounds or up to 16-Feet long. This is an ideal gate opener for chain link, vinyl and tube gates in light wind environments. The one piece design includes the control board and operator arm all in one unit, and the FM350 is very easy for DIYers to install. Comes with a detailed installation manual and installation video. The FM350 is DC powered and plugs into any 120V AC / 60Hz outlet using the included 18 V AC transformer. This unit is solar compatible, which makes it ideal for rural environments. **The FM350 requires an Automotive or Marine Style Battery and weather-proof case (not included).** Works with all Mighty Mule accessories including gate lock, digital keypad, gate opening sensor and more. Comes with one remote control transmitter, mounting hardware, and pivot brackets for pull-to-open installation. Push-to-Open Bracket (FM148 sold separately) is needed for gates opening away from the property.
