TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS : 1. Sometimes the batteries in the remote control won't completely connect. To solve this problem make sure that both batteries are completely in the chamber and the + end of each batter is making complete contact with the metal of the remote. 2. Even if it appears that the batteries are connecting properly they may not be. We suggest using a screwdriver or pen to adjust the batteries, making sure that the + end is in firm contact with the metal from the remote. (See attached image) 3. The remote control does not light up (it does glow in the dark). 4. There is a switch on the Moon Light itself that needs to be in the "on" position.
