Each pack of Mylites2 includes 50 'Standard' (7-1/4" x 10-1/2" plus 1-1/2" flap) comic book protective Mylar sleeves. Fits Bronze to Modern Age comics. Mylar is the strongest plastic available and 1/3 the strength of steel. Protects from humidity volatile polybag breakdown, acid migration, oxygen decomposition, insects, ultra-violet fading, mold and mildew, and oils & greases. Mylar is the most stable plastic with zero off- gassing. It does not absorb moisture like polybags, and it is 100 times more resistant to the diffusion of oxygen. Used by the National Archives, the Library of Congress, and preservation experts around the world.
