What comes in the kit: 5 lbs. cracked corn, 5 lbs. dextrose corn sugar, Red Star DADY Yeast, FERMAX Yeast Nutrient, High Temp. Liquid Amylase, Liquid Glucoamylse.
• We've included a packet of One Step sanitizing powder to clean and sterilize all your mashing equipment to insure your mash doesn't become contaminated during the mashing process.
• Corn, traditionally used in Bourbons and Tennessee Whiskeys, provides a rich, sweet flavor. Robust flavors of vanilla and maple syrup as well as white sugar and cotton candy can be pulled through. Sweetness can be offset through maturing in oak barrels.
