Our corn is Organic, grown right here in the Arkansas delta farm country. Our competitors (we won't mention any names or locations due to Amazon policy) sell inferior corn products which may or may not contain harmful chemicals. We wouldn't want those in our shine ingredients, why should you? Our non corn, traditionally used in Bourbons and Tennessee Whiskeys, provides a rich, sweet flavor. Robust flavors of vanilla and maple syrup as well as white sugar and cotton candy can be pulled through. Sweetness can be offset through maturing in oak barrels.
