The FlexTT5 Transceiver maximizes both E-TTL II and Manual Power Control capability of Canon photographic equipment. Use the FlexTT5 Transceiver to control single or multiple off-camera electronic or intelligent TTL flashes. You can now place TTL or manual flashes anywhere to illuminate the scene: Around corners, out-of-sight and in bright sunlight. Used as a transmitter, the FlexTT5 can provide TTL auto flash at distances of up to 800 feet* and conventional triggering up to 1200 feet* with the aid of a flip-up antenna. The unit feature a two-position channel selector that is factory programmed to the PocketWizard classic channel one and two. Using the included software and USB port, you can program either channel to any of the PocketWizard system’s 32 digitally encoded channels and four zones. IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY INFORMATION: The FlexTT5 for Canon is designed for older Canon DSLR Cameras including: 1D X, ID Mark IV, 1Ds Mark III, 1D Mark III, 1Ds Mark II, 1D Mark II N, 1D Mark II, 7D Mark II, 7D, 6D, 5Ds/R, 5D Mark III, 5D Mark II, 5D, 20D, 30D, 40D, 50D, 60D, 70D, Rebel XS (1000D), Rebel XT (350D), Rebel XTi (400D), Rebel XSi (450D), Rebel T1i 500D, Rebel T2i (550D), Rebel T3 (1100D), Rebel T3i (600D), Rebel T4i (650D), Rebel SL1 (100D), Rebel T5 (1200D), Rebel T5i (700D) NOT COMPATIBILE with the following newer Canon bodies: 5D Mark IV, 6D Mark II, 1D Mark II, 80D, 77D, Rebel T7i (800D), and Rebel T6 (1300D). For these models, you will need to use a FlexTT6 on camera as a transmitter. The FlexTT6 has the same features as the Flex TT5 and the FlexTT5 units are compatible as receivers when used with the FlexTT6 as a transmitter.
