The Prepworks by Progressive Reversible Stainless Steel Canning Rack uses a flower design to protect jars from touching each other during processing. User can place a second basket stacked on the first to process twice the amount of jars at once. The reversible design allows a fit for 1/2 pint, pint and quart jars. One side fits 4-quart sized jars and one side fits 7-1/2 pint or pint jars. The rack measures 10-1/4-inch diameter by 2-inch high and fits in an average 16 quart pot or larger. Made from 18/10 stainless steel, it will not rust and is dishwasher safe.
