- O-ring is the key.The O-ring needs to be placed flat in the groove.Do not rotate the Cartridge,just put it in,otherwise the O-ring will shift and cause leakage.
- Tighten the screws to fix the cap and the Cartridge,or will also cause leakage
- Please read the installation instructions carefully and ensure there are no debris and burrs in the valve body before installation.
