About this product

Rust-Oleum triple thick polyurethane is 3x thicker than traditional polyurethane. Its advanced self-leveling formula allows projects to be completed with only one coat meaning projects get done 3Xs faster while providing excellent protection. Note: The recommended dry film thickness s 3.0 mils, achieved by 9.0 mils wet film thickness. The product needs to be stirred before and during use if sitting longer than one hour. The TDS also states proper application method: "Apply in the direction of the wood grain in one, thick smooth uniform coat. If refinishing a previously coated surface or a second coat is desired, sand with 220 grit sandpaper".
