Spray or drizzle a little cooking oil into each cup. 2. Crack an egg into each cup (if only cooking one egg, then fill the 2nd cup with water). 3. Season the eggs with your favorite seasonings. 4. Close the lid and place the egg poacher in the middle of the microwave. NOTE: Because every microwave is different, you may need to test a few eggs before finding the perfect timing for yours, but here is the recommended method for getting perfectly poached eggs in your microwave: 5. Microwave for 30-40 seconds (or until you hear popping sounds). Then, open the egg poacher and take a look at the eggs. If they are still too runny, microwave them for another 10 seconds. 6. Repeat this process of adding 10 more seconds until you are satisfied with how the eggs look. (This cooking method helps prevent any egg explosions!). Generally, it will take about a minute to poach the eggs (40+10+10). 7. Remove the egg poacher from the microwave and use a spoon to scoop out your poached eggs. 8. Combine them with toast, english muffins, or simply enjoy them as is! Note: It is not recommended to microwave the eggs for the full minute as there is a chance they may pop in the heat of the microwave.
