Our 'Small-Batch' 12-Inch Stanard/Thick odor-free bullys are hand-trimmed in a USDA human-grade commercial kitchen. They are dehydrated in the Charcuterie Method, not baked, thus they are dense and never over-cooked. Pizzles are single-ingredient, naturally organic chews. All our manufacturers must meet high safety standards. Our Charcuterie bullys not only meet them but are exceptional on craftsmanship.
