The Spear & Jackson Tiny Traditions Children’s Fork has been created and designed with children in mind, and allows budding young gardeners the use of a high quality and highly functional tool as they develop an interest in gardening. The Tiny Traditions Children’s Fork is a scaled down version of a full sized digging fork from the Spear & Jackson Traditional range and features a 180 mm (7 inch) x 134 mm (5 inch) head, and a 470 mm (19 inch) handle, whilst the weight balance allows children to easily turn over soil in their own vegetable patch or alongside mum and dad. It is designed to fit into smaller hands whilst still maintaining the strength and durability of its full sized counterpart, as is reflected in the manufacturers 10 year guarantee. By combining both modern and natural materials, Spear & Jackson have created the attractive and distinctive timeless classic look of the Traditional range. The stainless steel head is mirror polished for resistance to rust and also for minimal soil adhesion. The one-piece hardwood shaft has been weatherproofed for a much greater durability and is split to form a wishbone handle. The result of which is an attractive looking and highly functional tool capable of giving years of service.
