Pans made from highly polished stainless steel with elegant brushed decorative stripes - this robust cookware gives your kitchen that certain chef feel. The non-stick coating and thermal spot of the pans are good for daily cooking. The cookware is equipped with rust-proof, riveted handles and oven safe up to a temperature of 260°C. The robust base can be used on all hobs, including induction, and includes an aluminium layer that guarantees even heat distribution without hot spots. Cleaning Instructions Clean your cookware with hot water, liquid dish soap and a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive milk, steel wool and scouring pads. For exterior enamelled cookware, discolouration of the enamel is normal due to cleaning in the dishwasher. Hard anodized cookware is applied an additional coating to protect the exterior of the cookware from damage caused by washing in the dishwasher. In order to maintain this protective layer, the cookware must not be cleaned with a scouring pad when washing by hand. If this is still happening, Tefal recommends that you only wash the cookware by hand, as the coating may be damaged. When used in the oven: Tefal cookware with stainless steel handles without silicone insert is oven safe up to 260°C. Tefal cookware with thermal plastic handles is oven-safe up to 180°C.
