About this product
The TheraICE Cold Flexible Wrist Ice Pack provides 360° hand coverage for ease of movement. The slip-on design means no messy or uncomfortable ice packs, inserts, velcro or awkward straps. Wrist Ice Pack Features: Complete, 360° coverage Provides hot or cold therapy as needed Stretchable and form-fitting Clean, convenient, and travel-friendly Stays cold for the perfect amount of time br> NO Hard Ice Packs NO Messy Ice or Wet Towels NO Velcro Cold Therapy: Place in freezer bag and put in freezer for at least two hours. Heat Therapy: Remove from any plastic bags. Be sure it is at room temperature. Microwave for 20 seconds; if more heat is needed microwave in 5 second increments. Apply: Gently pull onto your hand and keep in place for approximately 15 minutes. Wash: Hand wash with damp towel. Do not submerge in water. Air dry, do not machine wash. CAUTION: If gel comes in contact with skin, wash the area immediately with soap and water. If crystals become visible, throw away and do not apply to skin.
